Depression feels like you are utterly helpless, dull and unable to move. It feels like you are drowning, except everyone around you is breathing. The waves of pain keep invading your brain as your body is dragged down onto the inky cold depths of the ocean floor, choking you. When you are depressed, you don’t control your thoughts, your thoughts control you. You feel like you have lost yourself. You feel emotionally lifeless whilst being physically alive. Depression is the constant feeling of being numb. Being numb to emotions, being numb to life. You wake up in the morning just to go to bed again.

My method of therapy concentrates on understanding the origin of those negative thoughts and emotions. I focus on finding the negative core belief which creates the multitudes of negative thoughts that influence your behaviors. Once the core belief has been identified, we begin to transform it towards the positive.
I work at the subconscious level where all information concerning you is readily available. You hold the solutions to your healing. I navigate you through that information to find your happiness.
