I believe my spiritual journey began very young.

I am the product of a catholic mother and a protestant father but after the divorce of my parents at the age of 9 years old, it was my father who thought it important to continue talking about faith and during my father’s weekends, we would attend Sunday school.

At the age of 12 years old, my mother joined the Jehovah’s Witnesses searching for spiritual answers. By the age of 17 years old, I was shunned from the Jehovah’s Witnesses for not agreeing with their practises and beliefs. I had lost most of my friends and my mother, her being a firm believer at the time, also shunned me for a period of 5 years. From a young age, my intuition has always been predominant.

It allowed me to see further into the indoctrination and make clearer choices. My inner feelings were at odds with their beliefs and those feelings (or inner senses) motivated me to question their belief system. This began my process of searching and understanding the power of beliefs in my life but also in the World.

In my mid-twenties, I became curious and read many different spiritual perspectives ranging from Gary Zukav to Lynne Mctaggart to Don Miguel Ruiz, only to name a few. In 2005, after the birth of my daughter, she suffered from severe night terror. It propelled me into searching for a solution to help her since all conventional methods were not working. My research eventually took me towards regression therapy. My first regression session was a profound experience which convinced me to study and become a regression therapist. After acquiring my diploma in 2012, I’ve had the opportunity of working with an array of clients. Issues ranging from depression, border line personality disorder, to bipolar, etc. Although, most of my clients have regular life issues such as, what do I want with my life, divorce and who am I.

Now in my mid-forties, through my realisations and understandings, I’ve developed a unique method which allows my clients to discover their belief patterns that create the reality they are experiencing. It is no coincidence that our brains are wired to recognise patterns. With the knowledge of their Multidimensional Self (inner wisdom), they are able to empower themselves, transform their their negative beliefs and feel authentically happy.
